This explosion produced electrical activity for 30.3 minutes. Plume heights reached 12.2 km. The activity began with a few scant sources over the volcano, followed by two discrete discharges, also located over the volcano. A flux of small discharges (with little structure) followed. The discharges gradually became more structured, larger and discrete.
